A new head of strategic planning position to oversee cross-platform advertising solutions has been created by News Corp Australia, with former Macquarie Radio Network national sales director Zac Skulander to fill the role.
The publisher said the role is aimed at pairing “the right strategy with innovative and creative ideas”.
“Zac is well-placed to lead our sales efforts to create innovative solutions for our clients that will help grow their businesses, and build closer relationships with their customers,” national sales division director Kathryn Carter said in a statement.
Mr Skulander said News Corp Australia was “a company I’ve long respected and whose media products I’ve consumed all my life.
“In this constantly-changing media environment, it’s important to stay ahead of what clients want, need and expect from you,” he said.
Mr Skulander has also been national director of media solutions at Southern Cross Austereo and creative manager at Fairfax Media.
