Antony Catalano has resigned as CEO of Domain just two months after the float of the real estate company, citing family commitments.

The announcement was made this morning to the ASX, marking the end of Mr Catalano’s four-year tenure as chief executive. Domain chairman Nick Fallon will act as executive chairman until a new CEO can be found.

Domain Holdings Australia floated in November, successfully separating from publisher Fairfax Media.

Fairfax currently retains a 60 per cent share in the company.

The search for a new CEO is currently underway.
