A real estate website that aims to give Chinese readers “a big picture” of the Singaporean property market has been launched by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

The new site, Z-Property, is part of Lianhe Zaobao, a Chinese-language newspaper published by SPH. Property reporters from the paper write news, opinion and feature stories for the website.

Z-Property also includes an interactive map of the property market in Singapore, stories about the dwellings of celebrities and personalities, and stories on interior design.

“Through this website, we hope to provide objective, up-to-date and in-depth content about the property market for our readers in Singapore and overseas,” Lianhe Zaobao editor Goh Sin Teck said in a statement.

The property website was launched on the 20th anniversary of the newspaper’s online home, zaobao.com.
